Training & Development

Nationwide staff are invited to undertake our formal training programs encompassing a certificate 3 in either cleaning or laundry operations. This is a nationally recognised program, run in partnership with The Gordon Institute of TAFE. It covers all aspects of our service delivery to the Health Care Environment. These training packages have been written specific to Nationwide’s needs and work systems.

To complement our formal teachings, ongoing instruction is provided in the form of regular toolbox training delivered by our Management team. Our staff are also required to attend essential education provided by our clients, such as Fire or OH&S Training.  

The Nationwide Management and Support Services team are encouraged to grow and develop professionally with a comprehensive Learning and Development framework ensuring potential is maximised. In addition, regular education seminars are delivered by our Workforce Development Team.
