Nationwide Health & Aged Care Services training and development
programs enhance Quality Assurance and Customer satisfaction by:
- Staff learning new or improved skills.
- Staff acquiring up to date know how in the use and maintenance of specialised and new equipment and products coming on the market.
- Management and staff reviewing Quality Assurance programs/requirements in each contract.
- Reviewing methods to ascertain if there is a more effective way to obtain improved performance for clients.
- Developing service packages for clients including ancillary services such as retubing fluorescent light fittings, which are noticed as being faulty during operations.
- All Nationwide staff are required to undertake our training programs, "Certificate 3 in AssetMaintenance" or "Certificate 3 in Laundry Operations". This is a Nationally recognised training
program, run in conjunction with The Gordon Institute of TAFE, and covers all principles of cleaning and laundry services in the health care environment.
