Nationwide prides itself on providing rightful entitlements to our staff.
We have a clear charter of expected outcomes and behaviour of our workforce. This is defined in our comprehensive Employee Handbook, with particular focus on presentation, communication, health and safety, residents rights and responsibilities, mandatory reporting, recognising diversity, anti bullying and team work.
Our staff are not only supported through regular Management contact, but can also access emotional support via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a free service provided by Davidson Trahaire Corpsych to all Nationwide Employees and their immediate family who are in need of assistance with personal or work issues.
